I. Introductory Provisions
a) These business terms and conditions specify the purchase agreement in accordance with Section 409 et seq. of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Commercial Code”), the subject of which is the purchase and sale of the internet educational online programme “Heal With Meal – Guide” (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject of Purchase”), which the parties conclude via https://www.healwithmeal.net/ or their sub-domains.
b) These business terms and conditions more closely define and specify the rights and obligation of purchasers and sellers which is

In accordance with Section 262 (1) of the Commercial Code the contractual relationship is regulated in issues not more closely specified by these business terms and conditions by the Commercial Code, and in case that the purchaser is a natural person-consumer, this shall not rule out the legislation for consumer protection, especially the provisions of Sections 51a-65 of Act No. 40/1964 Sb., Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection Act, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as the “CPA”).
c) The Subject of Purchase is an intellectual property product and hence it is prohibited from spreading or providing it to third parties without the consent of the seller. By concluding the purchase agreement the Purchaser accepts that any use of information from the Subject of Purchase and successes or failures resulting from this are only in the hands of the Purchaser and the Seller shall not be liable for them. In the Subject of the Purchase the Purchaser may find information about products and services of third parties. This information is only a recommendation and an expression of an opinion concerning this topic.
II. Order
The Purchaser declares that they have become acquainted with all the information concerning the order at https://www.healwithmeal.net/. The Purchaser orders the Subject of Purchase by completing an electronic order form via https://www.healwithmeal.net/. The Purchaser shall be obligated to check and correct the order before sending it. The sent order shall be legally binding and the Purchaser and Seller become bound by mutual rights and obligations, i.e. the Seller shall undertake to provide the Purchaser with the Subject of Purchase, and the Purchaser shall undertake to pay the purchase price. By sending the order the Purchaser confirms that they have become acquainted with the business terms and conditions for purchase at https://www.healwithmeal.net/terms-and-conditions/ and agrees with them. These business terms and conditions shall form an integral part of the purchase agreement which shall be concluded with the completion and sending of the order.
III. Purchase Price, Tax Document
a) In the order summary and at https://www.healwithmeal.net/ you shall find the service price excluding VAT, we are not VAT payers.
b) Invoice: Regarding payments made based on the purchase agreement, the Seller shall issue a tax document to the purchaser – invoice which shall serve as a document of the purchase of goods. The Seller is not a value added tax payer.
IV. Method and Form of Payment
a) Method of payment: Payment methods are linked to the Stripe payment gateway which provides secure payment and payment card acceptance technology.
b) Payment options:
- Single.
- Instalment, in six instalments with an interval of 30 days.
4) Bonuses: All bonuses to which purchaser will be entitled (the list of bonuses are found at https://www.healwithmeal.net/), shall be sent or accessed once the course ends at the latest and only provided that the order is fully paid and the client does not demand their money back within the guarantee period.
V. Money-back Guarantee
a) This applies only to the on-line product “Heal With Meal – Guide” paid in single payment. We provide a satisfaction and money-back guarantee for this product.
b) If the Purchaser discovers within 30 calendar days that the information concerned is of no benefit to them, they shall be entitled to withdraw from the agreement without stating a reason. They can withdraw from the agreement by email: support@healwithmeal.net declaring that they are withdrawing from the agreement while attaching a copy of the invoice – tax document. The Purchaser shall be sent a credit note with the amount equivalent to the purchase price of the online programme. The amount shall be refunded within 30 days at the latest as of delivery of the email stating his withdrawal from the agreement. The amount shall be refunded by bank transfer. Upon withdrawal from the agreement access to the membership profile and paid online programme shall not be possible, and the Purchaser shall not be entitled to acquire and use bonuses purchased with the online course “Heal With Meal – Guide”
c) The aim of the programme “Heal With Meal – Guide” is to genuinely motivate everyone who participates in the programme towards recovery.
VI. Liability
a) Security: Access to the user account is secured by a user name and password. The Purchaser shall be obligated to maintain confidentiality concerning information necessary to access their user account and take note that the Seller shall not be liable for breaching this obligation by the purchaser.
b) Liability for the website content: The website shall be updated without prior warning.
c) The Purchaser takes note that the content of healwithmeal.net, and all its sub-domains, just as the articles, videos, photographs and other information carriers presented on this website are exclusively for information purposes. The use of this information by the Purchaser, visitor or other person depends entirely on the free decision of all appointed and participating persons. This website and the information published therein do not replace the medical care, diagnosis or diet recommended by your doctor.
VII. Data Protection
a) The Seller’s declaration: The Seller shall undertake to fully respect the confidential nature of personal and company data of the Purchaser which are secured against unauthorised access and protected against abuse. The data that you enter in the application are essential for identifying the Purchaser. They are used to carry out the entire transaction, including the necessary accounting operations, issue of tax documents, identification of cashless payments and for communication with the Purchaser.
b) Detailed personal data and information about purchases made by the Purchaser are stored in the database with strict security against abuse and are not provided to third parties.
VIII. Final Provisions
These business terms and conditions come into force on September 1, 2022. Information is provided at https://www.healwithmeal.net/ or other information channels. The Purchaser reserves the right to amend these business terms and conditions. Each new version of the business terms and conditions is available at https://www.healwithmeal.net/ and is marked by the effective date. All orders are always regulated by the current version of the business terms and conditions.
