Homemade Baby Food Jar
The recipe is about as easy as going to the store and buying a factory made "nutrition". Well, apart from one crucial detail, which you can read about in this article.
- One jar:
- Firm contents are roughly 150g
- fruit - Apples, pears... (under 500 g)
- honey - 1 - 2 tblspns
- spices - cinnamon (tack, vanilla)
- lemon juice - 1 tblspn
Prep time: 2 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Result: 1 jar
I peel the fruits, remove the cores, cut to cubes, put into a pot, baste with water, add lemon juice and boil until soft. Then blend the fruits, add honey and cinnamon, fill the jars while hot and turn the jars bottoms up. They last a long time in fridge!
