You can make a banana smoothie for a snack or lunch, but in our home, it became a breakfast ritual. We use well ripened bananas for blending and cow milk is substituted by either almond milk or water - no worries, the smoothie tastes good even with water. It's a quickie, good for those in a hurry.

Result: 2 portions
Peel the bananas and break into smaller pieces, put them in a 1 litre blending jar. Blend with a stick mixer/blender, move the blender from side to side to get to the bottom of the jar. Add water, cinnamon halve the blender power and finish. Bananas are so sweet no honey is necessasry. Just drink and go.
